Few words about myself

My name is Artemy Ninburg. I live in Israel. Now I'm fifty one and fifteen of them I have MS. My daily life strictly subordinated to my actual needs and there is nothing can I change: disease dictates its own requirements and all what I should do just follow them. To keep my muscles in working condition I need to make an exercises every morning and it became necessity like brush teeth or finally to breath. Of course I do an exercises at home as well but very important to follow particular timetable it makes life continues from one day to another without breaking rhythm. It is very important to follow particular timetable it makes life continues from one day to another without breaking rhythm. It is very important to live "non-stop" because movement is the first rule to living with MS. On one hand it works physically and on other hand psychologically - lets you to be involved into the life stream.
I try to do an exercises outside every morning except rainy days when I am forced to stay at home. I use for it anything I could find like children playground or something like that.
It is difficult but necessary to stop yourself a little bit before you get tired you can read about it in any article concerning MS. It true, so just remember about it all the time. Your muscles are attenuated because of illness and important to keep it suitable to work but do it very careful.
